Garlic Butter Soy Sauce Marinade

The Recipe

  • 2-3 tbsp butter

  • 3-4 cloves garlic

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Sautee your garlic in the butter, add your soy sauce and reduce about half.

Let cool and brush over your meat every time you flip it

The Bullshit

This is my go to grilling marinade when I need something quick and easy. I typically make this, throw the meat on the grill, brush, flip, brush, repeat.

Goes great on:

  • Chicken

  • Steak

  • Shrimp

  • Mushrooms
