Taco Truck Salsa Verde

The Recipe

  • 2-3 jalapenos

  • 1/2 white onion (cut into two quarters)

  • 1 clove garlic

  • handful of cilantro stems

  • juice of 1 lime

  • 1 tbsp canola oil

  • salt to taste

Boil Jalapenos, Garlic, and Onion

Add to blender with cilantro, lime juice, canola oil and salt

Blend until smooth, add more salt if needed

The Bullshit

I really like the green salsa when I go to the taco trucks. This is how I try to make it. Add more jalapeno, or even add some serranos also for extra heat.
